Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia wide.
For international shipping we currently only ship to certain locations. These being New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland.
If you live outside of these locations and would like to order, please contact us and we can advise on the price of shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders unless specified will be made and shipped within 10 business days.
We endeavour to have orders shipped earlier however this allows extra time around busy periods.
How do I track my order?
For local delivery there is no tracking supplied as we deliver it ourselves.
All other orders that are shipped are sent via Australia post. Once the order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with the tracking.
Returns
Do you accept change of mind returns?
We do not accept change of mind returns.
My item arrived faulty/ damaged what can I do?
In the event an item is faulty/ damaged in transit please contact us via email with your order number and a photo of the fault within 7 business days of receiving the item/s.
We will discuss if the item is able to be remade or provide a refund.
Can I exchange for a different item?
In the event that your item received is faulty, you can exchange it for a different item however this will be discussed and organised via email.

We are more than happy to assist if you are after a bulk custom order or just trying to find the perfect colour scrunchie. Click Here To Contact Us
Can I make an order that is for a gift?
Yes, you can. Please leave a note on checkout stating that it is for a gift and add any further instructions. If you would like a personalised message please add that to the note. No prices will be shown for gifts.

What material and elastic do you use?
Our main material base is cotton.
We use thin elastic for hair ties and minis. However for our originals, XL's and jumbos we use wide elastic.
